- Kemrock Industries and Exports Ltd, a Vadodara headquartered manufacturer of reinforced polymer composites, has formed a joint venture with a Switzerland-based DSM Composite Resins AG to manufacture unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester specialty resins in India.
- Saertex-Kemrock India, a joint venture company of Germany-based Saertex and India's Kemrock Industries and Exports, will invest Euro 10-million initially to manufacture aeronautical components.
- Plans to pump in $ 300-400 million over the period of next four to five years for company's new initiatives.
- India’s first 400 TPA carbon fiber plant, with technology from CSIR-National Aerospace Laboratories, Bengaluru established May 2010.
