WIND: Galloping Global Market

The global market for wind power has grown 41.7% on year in 2009, beating average annual growth of 28.6% over the past 13 years.Wind could provide 20 % of world power by 2020.

China ranked second in the world in installed wind generating capacity in 2009.

By 2030, wind energy would produce 5,400 TWh -- 18.8 to 21.8 percent of the world's power supply.

Brazil expected to be the clean energy king of Latin America. The eastern wind is blowing smooth and strong. It’s the same wind in sails of European sailors who moved there back them.
