KEC India’s leading tower company International, has signed an agreement to acquire SAE Towers, USA for $95 million. Followed by acquisition of local Jay (railway) signaling company.
Recently it has orders worth US$135m for supply of turn-key transmission lines and cables to various geographies across the globe. In the transmission segment it has received total orders of US$100m for turn-key transmission lines in Georgia, South Africa, Zambia, Philippines and the UAE.
