Two Euporean companies, including the world’s second largest energy utility, are in advanced discussions with DLF, India to buy the property developer’s wind energy business.
Gaz de France (GDF) Suez, which has a market capitalization of $80 billion, and renewable energy group Akuo Energy have completed due diligence and a final decision on pricing will be taken by the end of this month, the source added.
